By Registering an account you guarantee that all information you provide is accurate and you have not previously registered an account on Swift Demand.
If a user is found to have more than a single account then funds in both accounts will be frozen and access to both accounts will be prevented. Users will then be banned from receiving or using Swift Demand and its services for an amount of time determined at the discretion of Swift Demand.
SwiftDemand reserves the right to freeze, suspend, or terminate accounts for any reason without warning.
SwiftDemand is not liable for any of the goods sold on its platform nor is it responsible for ensuring the legitimacy or protecting those who trade Swifts. SwiftDemand is an open platform that anyone may use and should be treated solely as a medium of exchange without any guaranteed protections.
SwiftDemand is NOT responsible if you do not receive goods when you make a purchase. The responsibility for delivering the goods or service relies solely on the seller of that product.
Product sellers are fully responsible for delivering the goods and services they have promised to provide. They are responsible for resolving any disputes that may occur with customers and accept for responsibility for any misconduct and external issues relating to the delivery as well as the product they are selling.
